Returns

Every order is personalised and cut to order, so we can't accept returns on correctly produced items.

Our error

If your order arrives damaged or we've made a production mistake, email us at hello@honestvinyl.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

Your text error

We produce exactly what's entered at checkout. If you made a spelling mistake or entered incorrect details, a replacement is available at cost price. Adding a Proof Review (£8) at checkout is the best way to catch errors before we cut.

Application errors

We include printed application instructions with every order and link to a full guide. We can't offer replacements for decals damaged during application, but contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Wrong surface

We can't replace orders applied to surfaces listed as unsuitable on the product page — textured glass, frosted glass, or painted walls.
